This resource was developed in the context of Folk Gaming, a Youth Exchange implemented in Blaubeuren, Germany (cofinanced by European Union) about using game design to document and transmit endagered traditions and folklore.
During the project, several trivia prototypes where developed. While the format, turns and scoring system would differ greatly, they all had something in common: knowledge about traditions is essential to beat the game!
From reaching the center of a maze to visiting as many tiles as possible, mimicking your way through a concept orr grouping several kind of resources, the strenght of this kind of games to make memorable learnings about traditions have been proven.
The accessibility and familiarity of these categories of games have set them as an easy reference for future instances of projects inspired by this one.
